The Japanese version is the controlling text. The English version is provided as a reference translation. If there is any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.

Because SkillShelf sells digital content in ZIP format, refunds are not generally available. A refund may be considered only when a material defect exists and the creator, after review, agrees that a refund is appropriate. 【Material defects that may qualify】 ・The content cannot be downloaded ・Essential content is missing ・The delivered content differs materially from the product description ・There is a security risk, such as suspected malicious or improper behavior Differences in taste, preference, or unmet expectations do not qualify. 【Filing deadline】 Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days after purchase. 【How to request a refund or chargeback】 Refund requests and chargebacks are separate processes. 【Method 1】 Contact help@agentskill-shelf.com, which is the recommended path. If there is a clear defect such as file corruption, material mismatch, or a security issue, please contact us. SkillShelf will review the matter and, if appropriate, process a refund through Stripe. 【Method 2】 File a chargeback with your card issuer. Buyers may also request a chargeback directly through their credit card company. Any Stripe dispute fee is charged to the author's connected account, not to SkillShelf. If the issue involves a material defect or security concern, please also notify help@agentskill-shelf.com so we can record the issue and, where appropriate, restrict the author's account. 【About chargebacks】 Buyers may file a chargeback directly with their card issuer. Chargebacks are processed under Stripe's dispute procedures. Any Stripe dispute fee is charged to the author's connected account and does not accrue to SkillShelf. 【Abuse of chargebacks】 Fraudulent or abusive use of chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension. 【SkillShelf's current chargeback stance】 During the launch phase, SkillShelf generally does not contest Stripe disputes. Financial responsibility when a chargeback is upheld rests with the author, subject to the applicable terms. Any Platform Fee already received by SkillShelf will be returned. If one year passes after the chargeback and recovery is not expected, SkillShelf records the amount as a loss in its own records.
