How purchased content is delivered, how download links are generated, and what happens on account deletion.

After payment is completed, purchased content can be downloaded from your library. Content is delivered as static ZIP files. 【Signed URLs and expiry】 Downloads are provided through signed URLs. Each URL remains valid for 10 minutes. 【Download-link generation and re-downloads】 While your account remains available, you can generate download links from the library. Generated links always correspond to the version fixed at the time of purchase. Later updates do not replace or modify past purchases. If you need a newer version, please purchase the latest version separately. 【Repurchasing the same slug】 Even when the content uses the same slug, repurchase is possible if the version differs. If you already purchased the same version, we will direct you to the existing purchase for download instead of treating it as a repurchase. The library retains one entry for each purchased version, and past purchases are not overwritten or removed. 【Account deletion and continued access】 If your account becomes unavailable, you may not be able to generate download links from the library. SkillShelf may delete accounts that have had no login activity for more than two years after prior notice. Please download your purchased Skills before such deletion. While the service remains in operation, SkillShelf will make reasonable efforts to maintain access to purchased Skills, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access in the event of system failures, maintenance, or other temporary outages.
