SkillShelf receives only the Platform Fee. Time of payment: Payment is made during the purchase process. Prices are based on USD, and buyers may be able to pay in another currency supported by Stripe, using Stripe's applicable exchange rate. Additional costs beyond the sales price: Internet access and communication costs are borne by the customer. In addition, using Skills sold on this service requires Anthropic's Claude Code, an Anthropic account, and separate Anthropic fees. Please review each product page for supported environments. Timing of delivery: Paid purchases are not added to the library immediately after payment initiation. They are added only after formal success confirmation from Stripe. Until then, the purchase remains in a processing state, and if success confirmation is not obtained within 24 hours, the case is moved to manual review. Free Skills are added to the library after acquisition is confirmed. Content is delivered as static ZIP files. Downloads are provided through signed URLs valid for 10 minutes, and new signed URLs can be generated after expiry. Updates after purchase are not applied automatically, and the version available is the version fixed at the time of purchase. Returns and refunds: Because the service sells digital content in ZIP format, refunds are generally not available. However, if the content cannot be downloaded, is materially incomplete, differs materially from the product description, or presents a security risk, please contact help@agentskill-shelf.com. SkillShelf will review the case and, if a refund is considered appropriate, process it through Stripe. Operating environment: Skills sold on this service are currently designed primarily for Anthropic's Claude Code. Using Claude Code requires internet access, an Anthropic account, and separate Anthropic fees. SkillShelf does not guarantee compatibility with any particular operating environment.
