【About SkillShelf】 SkillShelf is a marketplace where creators can list and sell digital content in ZIP format. The delivered items are static ZIP files. 【Payments and refunds】 Payments are made directly from the buyer to the creator's Stripe account through Stripe Connect. SkillShelf does not temporarily hold user funds. The Platform Fee is collected automatically at the time of payment through Stripe's application_fee_amount mechanism. For refund requests, please contact help@agentskill-shelf.com. SkillShelf will review the circumstances and, if appropriate, process the refund through Stripe. 【Relationship with Anthropic】 SkillShelf is neither an official Anthropic service nor an authorized Anthropic partner. "Claude" and "Claude Code" are trademarks of Anthropic. The term "Skill" used on this service is a SkillShelf-specific term and does not imply any association with, endorsement by, or partnership with Anthropic. SkillShelf is operated independently from Anthropic, and Anthropic is not involved in SkillShelf's operations in any way. 【Versions and updates】 The version purchased at the time of checkout is stored in your purchase history. Updates released after purchase are not applied automatically. If you need an updated version, please purchase the latest version separately. Even when the underlying content shares the same slug, repurchase is possible if the version is different. If you have already purchased the same version, we will direct you to download it from your existing purchase instead of repurchasing it. Your library keeps one entry for each purchased version, and past purchases are not overwritten or deleted. 【Prohibited content and safety】 SkillShelf prohibits listings that contain sensitive credentials, malware, copyright infringement, or other dangerous material. When suspicious content is identified, we may take action. SkillShelf is not responsible for any damage caused by executing a Skill. Please review the contents yourself before using any Skill, and we strongly recommend testing in a non-production environment before running it in production. 【Supported regions and age requirements】 The service is intended for users in the United States and Japan. For regions where tax or legal handling is still pending, including parts of Europe, users are asked to confirm their understanding before their first download. Target countries are controlled through environment variables. Billing country is checked first, and IP country is used as a fallback when billing country is unavailable. The UI displays these areas only as "currently pending regions" and does not enumerate country names directly. The existence of a consent flow or consent record does not mean the service is immediately available in that region. Users under 13 may not use the service. Users aged 13 through 17 must obtain guardian consent. 【Claude Code environment】 Skills sold on this service are currently designed primarily for Anthropic's Claude Code. Using Claude Code requires an Anthropic account and separate fees charged by Anthropic. If Claude Code updates make a Skill incompatible, neither SkillShelf nor the author is obligated to provide compatibility fixes.
